SERVICE ANDCOMMITTEES

Do you want to get more out of your recovery?  Are you looking for a service commitment?  Get Involved TODAY!

 PHONES
How important is it?Did you, or anyone you know, ever make "The Call"?
Or if you have heard of someone who did, then you know how important the 24/7 Hotline is.
"I am responsible...When anyone, anywhere, reaches out for help,
I want the hand of A.A. always to be there.
For that I am responsible"
You may have heard that somewhere, or seen it on a sign. With your help we can continue to
make that something that we not just say, but something that we do.
Times for Hotline service are very flexible and we will work within your schedule.
There is a reason why many A.A. 'phone volunteers choose to serve year after year.
Why do they want to continue to do that?
Ask why at:
hotline@queensaa.orgor call the Hotline:718-520-5021
Sign-up form, flyers and more information can be found here.

 OFFICE
Can you spare 2 or 4 hours a week? How 'bout once a month? Or maybe just as needed?
Do you think you may want to help keep the doors of your Intergroup Office open?
Find out more at:officeoperations@queensaa.org
or leave a message with the Office at:718-520-5024.
No cost or obligation.

INSTITUTIONSCOMMITTEE
Volunteers Needed! Institutions Committee Meetings are held at the Intergroup Office
on the First Tuesday of every Month at 6:30 P.M.
Literature for the institutions you serve is available at this Meeting.
Chairpersons (coordinators) must have a minimum of one year's sobriety.
Even chairing an institution meeting once a month will pass along the message of recovery.
Home groups also can "adopt" an institution meeting.

IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY CHAIRING AN INSTITUTION MEETING AND NEED TO VACATE IT,
PLEASE CONTACT THE INSTITUTIONS CHAIRAS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
